At Diemme Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original branded box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
